The rooftop greenhouse bar will create a welcoming atmosphere not explicitly oriented towards alcohol consumption, but offering a wide range of both organic cocktails and non-alcoholic botanical tonics. Cultivating a vibrant & fun hub for socializing post workshops and lectures will help integrate the Brio Center into the community and generate a forum for further independent discussion.
A year round herbarium and and garden will serve as both classroom and vital resource to the bar and restaurant. In partnership with local urban farming initiatives we will develop a rooftop that is dynamic, beautiful and ecologically innovative.
