Serving both the building and the general public, the cafe & restaurant will provide a vital channel to both the member and non-member community. The cafe will have a semi consistent menu full of seasonal light fare to accommodate a variety of dietary choices as well as a rotation of uniquely crafted & ethically sourced tea and coffee .
The kitchen will be equipped to handle small classes, spotlighting different food lineages & health diets (Ayurveda, Macrobiotics, Ketogenic, Vegan, slow-cooking etc). We will invite different celebrity chefs seasonally to partner with us. Ingredients will be ethically, sustainably and where possible locally sourced. Contributions from our own rooftop garden will be maximized.
The cafe will be open 7 days a week while the restaurant will be open in the evenings a few days a week & for special events.
